A lot of people do not understand the right and wrong ways of losing weight. What most people end up looking at is the total weight of their body and think that they have become over weight and that it is bad. However, what you do not know is that in most cases you can actually end up not losing a lot of weight or actually end up gaining total body weight but be healthier and lose fat.
A healthy body that looks better and has little fat can still weigh about the same as it did before but the body will become slimmer, become more toned, and look much better than it would at a similar total weight but with higher fat percentages. A lot of people, women particularly, think that this means that they will end up with giant muscles and all, this is not true either. A smaller amount of muscle weights the same as a larger amount of fat. So when there is lesser fat in the body but muscle is built up instead, then you have a body that will be slimmer and thinner but stronger. This can all be done without ending up with visible muscles on the body as well. It takes a lot of work afterwards to gain visible giant muscles.
So if you are trying to gå ned i vikt snabbt, then you should instead try and focus on the fat percentage that makes up your body weight. You will end up being a lot healthier, you will look much better, the small pockets of fat on your body will have gone away, and you still will not have to look muscular unless you want to, which will require a lot of other work to be done after the fat is lost.
